Atomic Prospecting wasn't born from a whiteboard or a pitch deck. It was born from a real problem we couldn't solve any other way.
We're a small team based in Bali, doing founder-led B2B sales. Every deal in our pipeline started with an outreach message on LinkedIn.
The problem? Crafting a genuinely personalised message took 15 to 20 minutes. You had to study the prospect's profile, read their recent posts, understand their company, figure out the angle, and write something that didn't sound like every other cold message in their inbox.
At that pace, you could send maybe 4 or 5 good messages an hour. For a small team with limited bandwidth, that math didn't work.
We tried the alternatives — automation tools, template sequences, AI writing assistants. They all had the same problem: the output sounded generic. Prospects could smell it. Response rates were terrible.
So we built our own solution. An AI that could do the research, pull in the context, and draft messages that actually sounded like us — while keeping the human expert in the loop for every single message.
That last part was non-negotiable. We didn't want to build another blast tool. We wanted to build something that made expert salespeople faster without making them worse.
That's Atomic Prospecting. And we still use it every day to grow our own business.
The Name: Atomic
The name comes from the philosophy of atomic habits — the idea that getting 1% better every day creates compounding results over time.
